Good training department. Focuses on overall improvement of the employee

Dislikes

Terrible work pressure. Elongated shift hours. No overtime provided to team or management staff. Terrible work conditions in office. No proper air coniditioning for staff and sometimes for guests as well.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
