Many of us have been working diligently for years, yet our efforts seem to be going unnoticed, leading to stagnation in our careers. Company is not supportive at all. They have started fire their employees for no reason and very first call coming to me from HR Department about termination without any valid reason. It's a very shameful act coming from their side as in this tough time many companies are increasing the wages of their employees but oppositely Burger King is dismissing the employees. This time we need the support of company as I am giving my 5 valuable years to the company , But they are given gift of termination to me after lockdown....Read More

Their are some work benefits there but beside of that Upper management has full power to manipulate the employee at random locations , without any discussion with employee. As they have transferred me six times in passed three years and I have trusted them blindly.

Am taking care of training part and inventory management. Also over all operations of daily routine. I gave my 100% to the company in many aspects.
