Nothing much, I can’t recall anything that will standout to signify BV good points

The vision did not flow to the bottom level, it felt that the top management is the only with brain to work it out Mid senior level individuals with no background in Innovation/ Automation asking the bottom to think out of the box, instead of leading from the front .
