They don't worry about the work performed, always give KPI which are non achievable. How come a technical person bring additional business to the company that contributes a key KPI? How giving an improvement idea is key kpi?

Everything was good at one time, but during covid crisis company acted very cheap by not paying appraisal one complete year and then even postponed the appraisals next year too. It was very pathetic to see such thing despite the fact that everyone worked so hard and full time in lockdowns too. We saw mamy companied paid 2/3 times but BT performed very poor here. Work life balance in most cases , you get leaves , generally speaking there is no micro management , good projects to work on in the Network Design and Implementation space , Holiday pay out amount is great.

Dislikes

Transport charges are hefty , night shift allowance is capped to 500 INR which is to less in current scenario.

Less scope of promotion and increament rate is less not getting the same which discussed when hiring. Discussed Bonus amount is not recieved they are providing as per internal declaration amounts.
