Job security as of now is okay, company policy and management want to save management salary and job they don't worry about company growth or employee growth.

Who ever planning to join or got an offer, if you want to learn this is not the place to work, company culture has to improve alot. Work culture needs to improve, do not look at Kotak brand and join for freshers and experienced candidate the treatment is not so great. You want to take rest, please come and join, I am thankful for nowork. But how long you can be without much work.
