BSCPL is my first company at which I have worked for almost 1 year. Training was good and I learnt alot from my team mates. Managers(Krishna Reddy) and top management ( CGM: Jagadish) are employee friendly and one can reach out to them at any point of time. I have resigned from my job due to some personal problems and job location which is so far from my native place. Beyond those I didn't face any issues. With that audit experience only now I got placement in the well known company. Work culture is good and one can get leaves more often....Read More

One disliking of my company is one can get transfer for every 2 to 3 years. And job location will be anywhere in India.

Work Details

My work at BSCPL is very exiting. We can take breaks whenever we want but atlast I have to complete my work in time. One can easily finish off his work in time. There won't be any targets. For auditors company provides free food, free AC rooms and car.
