Teammates are great, have competent and cooperative staff.

Dislikes

Working with Brunel do not guarantee a long term employment as the company hired people on a project based contract only, in that case there is no training opportunity, career growth is very slim, salary/appraisal is a big challenge so the work pressure is not compensated. No travel opportunity as well.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
