I spent more than 2 yrs in Brose India Automotive Systems Pvt. Ltd only because of BOND. My experience with Indian management is really worst, they will not allow you to grow, you will lose your opinion once you join Brose and worst part is you have to always make your BOSS happy. BOSS is your first customer. :-p Can you imagine. This is best place for BOOT LICKERS, only they can grow. If you are best licker then you no need to be master of any technology and funny part is you will be role model for others. HR manager is not able to handle his own team, I wonder how he is going to handle entire Brose India. Indian HR dept. is completely handled by IT manager....Read More

The processes are well defined (but no one follows it 😆). Central functions are good supporting. Open culture. Safety for womens. Different types of events. Training programs.

Dislikes

Management is worst. Favourism is being used by managers. Screw employees in the name of productivity. Recognising talents and appreciation are not there. They didn't provide increments as per your performance (max increment is 10%). No proper discussions and communications made for new tasks, and thus results in 11th hour rush.

-Most of the decision making is done by the German Counterparts, making the Indian colleagues rely completely on them. - Most of the German And Indian colleagues avoid taking risky decisions and push the basic decision making to higher management, making the overall decision making very very slow. - Project management techniques used here are not up to the mark.
