Salary is good but recently alot of salaries are getting delayed and even payout is not being released for Builder and for the same reason alot of relations have been spoilt. A lot ofPeople are leaving this organisation and joining competetor n banks. SOME SENIOR PEOPLE HAVE ALOO LEFT THE ORGANIZATION

Salary is held. CP payout is taken by some employee and CLUSTER HEAD which is why there has been terrible accounting goofups. They dont know where the money is going. For a company to stop payout worth Crs and hold salary of almost 800 employee makes me wonder how badly did they fffuuucccckkk up.

Everything, there is no policy in place. Don't waste your time joining here there is a buzz that company is going to shut down. They sacked 250 employees in a day without giving any prior notice. I left within 45 days. The culture of the company is pathetic.

I Joined the organization in the month of Aug'22 for initial few months salaries were paid but since Nov'22 they have not paid any salaries till March 23, because of which many suffered emotionally and psychological, they kept giving false promises and at last started their downfall.
