I am senior councellor over there and i like my all work like to deal with clients etc overall i have good expereince in broadway immigration services

Dislikes

I dislike rules.many rules like incomplete uniform they charge fine sometime come in one minute late they deduct fine but everyday i take overtime in office but they didnt pay.like many more rules

Work Details

I am senior councellor over there my work is i deal with cliets regarding student and tourist visa and manage my staff

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
