Good work environment and culture, teammates are supportive and management is transperent, good care of employees health, transperent policies appraisal are fair and good salary hike and bonus every year

Dislikes

Lots of intervention by safety department in operation as well as overall office work

It was very challenging ,quick decision making job all the time we remain engage with offshore oil production platform and Drilling Rigs, handled several types of emergencies and medivac etc overall it was great experience to work with BG

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
