It was really a wonderful experience. The training we got was full of innovative ideas and thrill. I learnt a lot and it's a life time asset. The work strategies, support of seniors and content of spoken English books was very helpful.

Dislikes

The payment the teachers get is very less. Sometimes the project extents upto 3 months but the amount we get for it doesn't match the profile.

Ssc is very good

however if u work in OSM u will deak with micromanagers(TLs) except few othere are under qualified and try to over smart you . Where. Senior Manager are very good. If they really want to fix and grow there OSM department they really need to fix there TL as they r worst of worst. Persons.

Toxic work culture driven from the top. People are abused on calls and in person meetings. Berating and dominating colleagues is the culture in the Indian wing. It's a sick place.
