Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. The team in Briskinfosec is just amazing, one of the best teams you could find. Really open and helpful in every way. A great place to learn a lot of new stuff if you are willing to compromise on your salary.

Dislikes

Often you feel like your work and qualifications are not appreciated at times, the management needs to improve in terms of satisfying their employees. You do not get any benefits despite the hard work you do.
