It is with regret that I must address the performance issues concerning this particular staff member. Despite our unwavering support and efforts to incentivize their performance, they consistently failed to meet even nominal collection targets over the past 3-4 years. Moreover, their actions, such as providing additional benefits to customers without consulting management, raised concerns about accountability and adherence to company policies. Despite our continued faith in their abilities, the individual's performance deteriorated over time, culminating in a critical oversight where he failed to generate a minimum of 144 invoices in the last financial period. This oversight resulted in GST penalties and interest charges, further highlighting the need for improved diligence and attention to detail. Subsequently, the staff member opted to resign from their position. While they expressed interest in returning to the company at a later date, we have made the decision to pursue alternative avenues. We wish them the best in their future endeavors.
