I felt good working with seniors but the employees at lower level are non-co-operative. Some of the old employees working here have a bias nature with newcomers. This kind of people underestimate the experience and knowledge of newcomers.

Dislikes

The thing I dislike most is about the rude behaviour of a few employees with others especially newcomers in the presence of their bosses.
