I worked with the company for a few years . Good for the people who know their job, They give you a free hand to experiment new ideas for betterment of work. Work culture is calm with no abusive language or yelling. Good company for girls as they are highly respected and any sort of misbehaviour by anyone is not tolerated by the management at any cost. There is long list of disliking about the company. A big no for this company - Toxic work culture. - The Director of Organization Praveen Tayal is very biased towards a few staff of the organization. - Company doesn't have proper HR department, as per market norms salaries are very low ad there is no time duration for appraisals. -
