The HR policies here are beyond frustrating, always skewed in favor of the company's benefit. Taking sick leave results in absurd pay deductions, and the actual salary falls far short of the promised CTC in the offer letter. If you're desperate to join, demand a proper offer letter upfront; otherwise, I strongly advise against proceeding.Work life is a nightmare. I have joined as fresh . And I am frontend developer . I got opportunity to learn but no proper project assigned. I only liked there flexible work timing

I honestly feel I wasted my 2 years of career here and no job security and management is worst. For employees no value they will value only few employees who were very good to them and very stupid politics. They will remove the employees directly without information no matter there are in ongoing project. We can't trust the co worker as well. Very worst experience. Hr are not at all responsible for employees query but they will deduction salary amount very nicely. In one team the manager is not good she is the one who hears to other guys and take decision.
