1) No job security, 2) Not advisable for the person who work straight forward and clean heart. 3) We should ready to accept the blame and mistake which done by our reporting manager if we need increment n promotion. 4) no credit or appraisal we get for the good job done and all the benefits will be showered to the reporting manager.

Generally speaking, my work was to head the entire construction and project management project and the executing team. It was time bonded n risky. But I should in toe and completed entire work single handed of 26 level apt , 3 towers of total 400 flat
