Brigade enterprises is a listed company. Constant work pressure. Has growth opportunities depending on the manager. Compensation is the highest in real estate industry, very less than software industry. Decent office space if you are working in corporate office. Site office spaces suffer from facilities. Monotonous job and you wil get bored easily with the job. Do not join construction company if you are a fresher and immediate pass out of engineering.
