Its a great place to work for those permanent employees. All types of facilities are available to them only. But the real work done is by those third party employees under shubha system and others & dont get any benifits though. No increaments, no promotions nothing else. Just a take home salary of 15K. Having a whole lot of work pressure.

No personal life. No work culture . No power to Lower level sales person Week HR. Senior always threatens for forcefully resignation. 6 working days exhaust filed sales person.
