I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Earlier rather than company it was more of a family if you get a good team. But current management has totally changed this. Now professionalism entered which was long due

Dislikes

Poor Management. Corroded the roots of organisation by corruption. Situation improved with current management with some bold decisions but need proper support downstream to follow. No HR policy, No strong Finance Team, No robust organisation structure.
