As apart from your said work they will take other work also such as billing, commercial work, account work also you have to do.Company is ok but during this pandemic situation they are allowing us to do work but not paying salary on time. No job security, work culture is ok, management is also ok, company not having any policies against us.

Many job work taking from us. Matter politics ,unable to take up our issue, not giving salary increment after an year also.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
