Considering joining the company, not a good move for people aspiring in your careers, I had made this terrible mistake joining before pandemic, compromised on my salary , my designation since it was close to work and they offered work from home, but post my working from office they had a very bad attitude..CEO, AVP , VP , other managers are not approachable and lack comptence that you expect in leadership Unrealistic expectations, poorly designed infrastructure and reporting hirearcy.
