Considering joining the company, not a good move for people aspiring in your careers, I had made this terrible mistake joining before pandemic, compromised on my salary , my designation since it was close to work and they offered work from home, but post my working from office they had a very bad attitude..CEO, AVP , VP , other managers are not approachable and lack comptence that you expect in leadership Unrealistic expectations, poorly designed infrastructure and reporting hirearcy. Too much office politics and favouritism is rampant. Compensation major drawback, they give you all reasons to not pay. Overall toxic work culture....Read More
