It has a calm culture to it which is nice. There are many employees who have crossed 12 years in the organization which shows the treatment and security the employees experience. Personally I have learned a lot in this organization.

Personally, for me, growth can be a little faster. But for that nothing much.

I work as a Senior Team Lead at Brickwork. I get to interact directly with the management and they are very approachable and helpful in accomplishment of any given task. Their guidance helps me in achieving bigger and better.

No flexibility with work timings , punctual log in and log should be maintained. Even though we are living in digital world phones are not allowed on the floor, snacks is it allowed on the floor . Even for a cup of tea should step up to terrace canteen.

I like the most in Brickwork was my colleague and the work environment, work life balance, learning new things related to work and the friendly surroundings with cultural activities which freshen up the place and people

It is the worst company I have worked with. Salary is not good There is no incentives. No bonus nothing People have to beg for leaves No work life balance During pandamic I used my personal laptop to work. No internet charges. So much of bias and favouritism Projects are given only to management favorites So many internal reports. Company is wasting time in non productive things...Read More
