There's absolutely nothing to like, apart from maybe meeting clients and understanding different clients' requirements.

The founders have no clue about architecture and it's a plan making factory, just mindlessly creating two new plans for two new clients every day. No further drawings of the buildings are done, without even refinement, basic plan is just given to contractor to construct. If you do the elevation for it, you're lucky that you got somehint of real work. Management doesn't take responsibility, shifts blame and manges to make it a toxic environment. With absolutely no learning, improvement of skills or knowledge, everything being half baked. Instead of listening to the experts of the field, the founders use their own ideas and eventually mess everything up....Read More
