Dislikes

They speak to have ethics and Culture to be the core principles and that is not practiced in leadership management. They lack the ability to see every employee the same. It's a shame that an organization is being built with a magnificent idea that can change the face of construction in the county, not realize that they cannot get towhere they want to be if they cannot create a core team that can take the company where it belongs. From a newbie to the oldest employee in the organization is given the same target and thus true potential is being destroyed by being unjustified and horrendous bout targets and not even giving one a rightful opportunity to be able to achieve it. A shame to have been under a leader who created this system in this amazing organization....Read More
