Regarding your concerns about appraisals would like to mention Apprasails are based on achievements, involvement, and career perspectives but also based on the market and of course the country where the employee is based. HR is always trying their best to enhance overall processes and work environment for all the employees. We would encourage you to share your thoughts directly with respective hrbp so in case you are not really aligned with anyome's thoughts., goals or overall vision, we can help you to understand overall again and also if any sort of improvement is required we are happy to do the same. Regarding your concern over Work from office policy it is quite important for us to maintain the culture and to increase the harmony between employees, at the same time we understand the need of flexibility so we have only kept it twice a week from office only.
