Salary used to be on time. From the last fee months no salary on time and no incentives on time.

Everytbing is dislike. It's one of the worst companys to work with. Salary not on time. Incentives not paid in time Job security is not there... anytime MD can ask you to leave and it depends on his state of mind Recently companys coo removed. There were working from more than 15 yrs. TDS is not paid in time. Late increment. There is no cycle fixed at all No bonus for Dussehra No team outings Management micro managing No trusting their employees I got my Full and final settlement after 6 - 7 months I had to follow up with hr so Many times before collecting my cheque. Literally need to beg for f and f. Hr won't even answer the call properly after leaving company.
