You will not be recognised how hard you work.Additionally all US teams are highly feeling insecure with their job to work collaboratively with Bangalore team. Just because of this they always try to blame you and your team not capable to handle independently, so that they can maintain dependency not share any critical stuff.

Leads in India pressurise so much to work beyond the deadline. They need to add people but instead of adding they ask one employee to work equal to 5 employees. No work life balance in India. Leaves also they are not giving now. Lot of work stress but the leads never understand.
