Here HR head Tina is a very cheapest person taking resign with saying there is no project on company after joining 3 month and said all your salary and notice period amount will be send on your account but after some time they guys not replying on email or calls.

CAUTION: This company is fraud. They hire making promises that are never kept. Salaries are constantly delayed by months. Payroll taxes are deducted but never deposited with the IT dept and that is illegal. Form 16 has not been issued for the last 2 years. CEO is terrible. He is based out of US /NY and does not know how to manage people. Very offensive behavior and regularly shouts at employees. Working in Bravvura has been great in terms of the teammates who are open to help each other as frequently as possible.

Everything is fine but the company priortizes the newcomers over the old employees, sidelining the efforts made by the old employees while performing their duties. Also, there is a little growth and a lot of pressure. Managers hardly recognize the efforts made by an employee and never share the words of appreciation. Rather they overlook the good work done by the employees. They only recognize their favorite employees, neglecting the fact that their favorite individual hardly works and is mostly seen wandering around....Read More
