I am aware of the fact that we are hired as a permanent employee and it is our work place and there is a work life balance but sometimes, it is great to be involved in a 1/2 hour fun activity per week. This will make our work environment healthy as well as more approachable to different employees. It will enhance team building and might increase productivity as well.

the company is a hidden gem. There are a lot of perks here like cab, food, HR events, medical insurance, a lot of leaves, and most of all culture. The company culture is very nice. Its a proper MNC without any MNC hierarchies. You can approach even CEO with enough effort and you'll be heard. While working here, my experience was very pleasant and overall I'll say its what you make of it. If you keep complaining than finding solutions of your problems then it would be bad anywhere. As far as pay goes, its not the best but considering everything else given by company you'll be better off here than a couple lakhs more somewhere else.
