Almost everything, right from HR trying to fool everyone with their lack of inexperience in handling resources to the management rarely doing any bit of benefit in growth of the employees.

an associate product manager

Currently, my CTC is 7LPA fixed with 1.5 years of experience as an Associate Product Manager. Recently HR of a company reached out to me (for a role that I applied) regarding my salary expectations. I'm confused now and not sure how much should I ask for. I have also checked the salaries on ambitionbox for similar roles in that company, and it is in the range of 12-21 LPA for 0-3 years of experience. Pls help! Thanks in advance.

If recruiter approaches for Brane then run immediately. First they will ask you to join in 1 day or offer stands cancelled. Forget about joining bonus, they wont pay you Full and Final settlement for the notice period served. In worse scenario, if for any reason, you have to quit the job, they will make exit process like hell for you. There is no sympathy, humanity. I am regretting my decision of joining such a company. HR and even Managers are worse here, they will talk harshly and wont address your concerns....Read More
