Company stopped paying salaries from May 2024. They had given false assurances about payments multiple times. They trick us with giving appraisals for 2024, but not paying any salary afterwards. They removed 1500 employees without notice in August 2025 and they removed another 1400 employees in February 2025. Satyam Ramalingaraju is the owner of this company

They are suffering financially due to mismanagement, so during my time of 2 months none of the employees recieved their salaries, and as of 24th November, 2024, the salaries are still pending.

There is no job security recently fired 1500+ employees. Whole company is a sham run by famous scamster Mighty R@ju ramalingam(The one who shouldn't be named) referred as Mentor in the company. Main purpose of this company is to converts is black money to white money. The whole funding or you can say black money is situated in different shell companies formed by him only in the name of his workers like driver, gardener, cook at the rime of famous S@tyam scam in tax free countries from where he invest his money into brane enterprises and converts it in white money by giving salaries and shoeing fake profit in his book. Nothing, there is nothing to like, the company is not going anywhere, toxic, misogynistic work culture, long work hours, no learning, salaries not on time. Etc.

Dislikes

Everything, a scam of a company, yet to pay 4 months of salary, fired more than 50% of the employees after lying to them about the situation improving in a few days in a meeting. Not paying the salary and might run away anytime. Blackmailing people to resign before the notice period is over and refusing to generate their experience certificates on time.

Never join this company. I repeat never join this company. Recently they hired 1500+ employees from IIT, NIT, IIM and ISB but laid off more than 1000 in just 4-6 months.
