Company is fine and benifits are also fine but the problem is with the management.particulary few leaders from the management are not fit on that role but they try to manage the things and created a bossy culture.Growth is very tough here and Attrition rate is very high.They dont retailn the talent.Culture was good but these days the management is clueless on what they are doing.Product is not launched in the market yet.Especually the management who is driving is useless.management need to be replaced....Read More

In software world everyone will plan and execute but here these guys will execute then plan The retired and outdated management folks in the world can be seen here as the founder dont bother about what's going on. I haven't not seen in my life that the so called CI ( head)of platform team talks about how many hours we shd hit thegym in every meeting he conducts. It's a group of retired people from oracle has joined this platform team and they will allowe only their close circle. These guys will praise each other in every meeting. Zero clients so far from this business practice.If you really want to waste your time and want to join politics near future then this is the right company for you. I AM 100% CONFIDENT that this company will remain at same place what its today after 10 yrs becoz the product they are developing is buggy and sluggish and meaning less. No body will talk about the requirement.after reading this still if you join you ll regret. Founder has given every right to the management but management will never try to make the progress. This is a company where no product is launched. It's a startup for more than 5 years now. I don't think anyone will have a future in this organisation.

Things are horrible in this company. They hire nearly 50-70 people per week. Basically they are handing out offer letters like pamphlets. They don't launch a product and doesn't have desire to do so either. Believe me and please avoid this company
