Nothing, there is nothing to like, the company is not going anywhere, toxic, misogynistic work culture, long work hours, no learning, salaries not on time. Etc.

Everything, a scam of a company, yet to pay 4 months of salary, fired more than 50% of the employees after lying to them about the situation improving in a few days in a meeting. Not paying the salary and might run away anytime. Blackmailing people to resign before the notice period is over and refusing to generate their experience certificates on time.

Absolutely nothing. They have not paid salaries since May. They aren’t clearing any dues and expecting for free. Do not join this firm.

Management is disillusioned. Absolutely incapable of managing a lemonade stall let alone a company with 3000 employees. They can’t generate revenue even if they sell lemonade. Should be sacked immediately.

Where do I start. The company's leadership is incompetent, top leadership are scammers, go read the mint article of late. Company laid of 50% of workforce unceremoniously and we haven't been paid in 3 months.
