We have been asked to come daily on the job, but we get salary only 50%, no flexibility in duty hours too. Not following the norms of closing store at 7pm which is been given by Government as a strict rule. Staffs have to spend 40% of their earnings on traveling. Lot of biasness and politics in office, also favouristm is a factor which impact ones morale.

Dislikes

Biasness and politics, no transparency. Undeserving people sitting on designation where they take undue advantage of helpless since they know that their subordinate will not leave the company no matter how much we abuse them. They also don't understand family urgencies and are only concerned about their tasks nothing else is important for them.
