The worst HR department of the world , not responsive and not caring people in Brainvire. Employee are not safe here as boys are also not. safe here. Manager has no any manner how to talk with any employee and how can handle the things and manages things are not know well. Culture is worst than ever i see in other companies.

Work life balance and appraisal depends on the department you work. They have their own portal for performance reviews so if you don't get the desired performance rating or you get like you need to improve this or you don't get the desired appraisal then start looking for better opportunities they will fire you any time. And don't apply in open-source PHP department.

They deduct your salary they will ask you to resign or else they will threaten you by saying that they will do termination if you don’t resign and it will impact your career also you will not get salary.
