I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. we can study entire production flow like hot forming, heat treatment, surface treatment.

There is 400+ contract employees working in BrahMos Aerospace Thiruvananthapuram with very low basic payment. They will not provide decent salary to contract employees. this company cant move forward without these contract employees. Contract employees are the backbone of this company. Apprentices also have high workload. Company not providing any insurance to contract Engineers. All contract male employees ( technician, supervisor, engineers) should wear uniform ( this uniform material is low quality and not comfortable). Management also showing gender discrimination towards contract employees. Because female contract employees can wear any type of outfit, but male employees should wear uniform dress....Read More

Im working here as a contract employee. They will not provide descent salary to contract employees. There is also no salary increment to contract employees.
