Everything seems to be great as of now, there are times when work pressure is more towards the end of the sprints but apart from that's , it's simply great.

Learning opportunities are immense. You re always loaded with work and there is no discrimination based on your role/ responsibility. Everyone is treated equal

Dislikes

The company culture as a whole is nice But it is the team( manager and higher management) you get stuck with. The management makes your life hell or heaven. Depends on which manager gets allocated to you. I don't understand why they are hiring skill less people in higher management who have zero knowledge and all they do is waste resources' time. They need to have some regular feedback mechanism. It really sucks giving the same updates 4 times in a day and people bugging you after the working hours too....Read More
