Dislikes

The salary and compensation is very low but there is lot of work or pressure at times.I work more than stipulated working hours sometimes just to try and finish the project on time as there is a lot to be done.our managers assign us to more than one project at a time and that create lot of work and pressure at times.It is very rare also to establish development training courses which is needed to enhance our skills to pursuit a particular project....Read More

My work is challenging and therefore it requires me to research more even about technology which I was not aware of .And this enhances my skills,improve my learning capacity and helps me to become a technical expertise.I do my best as it will benefit me.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves International Travel.
