- Good Company as a per group Bothra. - Flexible timings - Scope of Work - Good Top level management as per talk from outside and seen.

- No proper utilization of Manpower as per Skills and quality - Monopoly by Department Head - Favoritism - No social activities - No proper HR activities - Due to self respect left organization - Same work double time doing - No proper Work Flow and Job assignment - Leaves problem every time.

Company foundation is strong and top management is great , but the problem is Kakinada plant given to particular region people who took every thing granted and made this place their camp and encouraging their own region people with all conspiracy and politics, this may drown the organization in future.

Dislikes

Particular region people are taking it for granted and making the organization diluted and they are keeping everything under control and encouraging their own people with ineffective and inefficient methods. I wish owner gets it .
