For Randstad employee give daily allowance or allow employee some aomunt to spend on customers.

Company has good and employee friendly policies but poor in execution part. It fail in deliverables in every aspect. More of flattering works rather than interpersonal skills. Working culture is pathetic. Pay scale is gender biased irrespective of experience and skills. Opportunities are huge but probability of reaching that scale is very poor. Absolutely not market friendly. Promotions are based on your appearance irrespective of your talent. Products are over priced as compare to quality and no. Of availability of studies....Read More

There's no job security. One get threaten every now and then for job loss. No proper on field training. Seniors are always busy. Work pressure is like hell. No empathy no sympathy, only PD.
