Product quality, product durability, product service are amazing. Employees are provided training from time to time. Incentive criteria is also good, due to which employees enjoy working a lot.

Dislikes

There are very few opportunities for employees to grow here, if you want to move ahead and are thinking of doing something more then do not spend too much time here.

Dislikes

Management is not upto the mark as in management only people working for more than 25 years of experience only in Bosch are working so diverse experience is lacking. Vision is not clear in aftermarket. Poor decision making.
