They are cheating peoples. If we are doing hard work no benefits for us. All are doing dog work they are only need production. No job security , and in company point of view all trainees are tissue paper. Our hard work is worthless for trainees. Only worth for company.

I'm selected in company role. Then we went to company they change to worthless NEEM TRAINEE. We are cheated by company.

Very good for the freshers , company provides 1 month of theoretical training under industrial experts which include 5s, poka, yoka, kaizen, six sigma, 7QC tools,OEE,FIFO,ISO, and many more. thereotical classes were good cause the person who conduct the classes having more than 40 year of experiece in industry and he uses PPT withvideo for better understanding.. after completetion of trainig session you will get chance to enter in company. several departments are there that includes 1.conventional vaccum booster. 2.NOAH vaccum booster. 3.ABS. 4.HHS. 5.Machine shop. 6.PQA 7.TMC 8.J1,J2 . 9.VHT etc selection of department is purely depends on HR department they randomly puts in any of the department. most of the trainee (70%) will get chance to work in assembly department only. reamianing (lucky one) will work in machine shop and PQA , standard room. SALARY - payscale is good they will provide you full payment even in training sesssion , recenty NEEM (govt contract) entered in BOSCH they offeres 15k with 3 y of period and free canteen/ free transportation .. there is no pf,esi,bonus for over time ( OT) u will get double payment . it means if u r working for 12 h u will get double payment. COMPANY :- very popular company work in 3 shifts but location is out of city i.e chakhan area . its not developed area where there is no public transport ( govt bus) to visit company u have to manage by your own bike to visit. but bosch has 15+ buses all over PUNE 50 km radius..dont rent any room to chakan it worst area cause it is surrounded by eneducated people , chances of extortion and theft, is common in this area. lack of facilities like shortage of water, mall, theater, super market, canteen. i recommend you to search room in chinchwad area its good to spend your remaing time after work . COMPANY:- dont treat properly to trainees compare to permanant staff. even in canteen also they make lot of diffrerence while providing food ( specially chapati).. CANTEEN:- its purely veg. but good quality except chapati.. they provides hard chapati ( without oil , bad in taste) to trainees and soft ( good quality) one to permanant. break fast :- kachori, samosa,idli,poha,tikhat shevaya,bhajji.sabudana khichadi/vada. night shift - milk and biscuit/khari /cream roller . unlimited food :- every friday there will be special food ( srikhand, shira, gulab jamun etc) limited. for festival food will be special....Read More

Facilities are better than others. Helping staff, HRM is one of the best.

Operations people not friendly (Some are rude and arrogant actually), not educative, not free for suggestions, old school techniques are used, Major cultural, working, Knowledge and financial gap between staff members and technicians or lower level management.
