If you enter BOSCH at the beginning of your professional career and perform well and highlight yourself then only you get chances to shine. Presentation to management is the key way to be promoted. Management is strictly customer oriented. Entry level compensation is less then there are no chances that you may grow with market levelwith respect to your experience level. Work Details

I work as process engineer (AM) at one of the business unit at Chakan plant. I perform some additional responsibilities like i4.0 coordination, IT support in manufacturing etc.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
