They have made coming to office is mandatory during COVID situation, also all other companies have made Work From Home mandatory, but here its not. its mandatory to come to office, 50 % salary reduction from 4 months, and no plans in paying that deducted amount in future. Horrible and pathetic HR and management. No proper salary, Attending to office is mandatory, no WFH option during Covid. 50% salary deduction without informing prior. There is lot of politics and the management does not address employees issues, salary is decent,but no career growth. Not a employee friendly company, its just a profit making company. [no benefits for employees]
