A challenging job, with new challenges every day. As a group, Borosil is a nice group to work with. Exposure to a lot of things. MD's vision is great.

Dislikes

Top management decisions are unclear and are not transferred properly down the line. Issues with planning. Favoritism prevails deep in the company. You can't find any work-life balance. Employees need to be trained in various aspects. Overloading employees with work, improper shift schedule.

There is a lot of problems in management .every department focus on politics not on work. One person raghwan always demanding liquor.most illiterate person.poor hr policies. in plant there is no ambulance in any critical situation.

They deduct the Variable pay without any genuine reason, and when asked for reason, the HR Head tries to interpret the Employment clauses as per their wish. I completely wasted my relocation expenses and incurred additional losses
