Worst work culture and worst mid management ever I have seen in industry. Commercial head and commercial Sr.manager both are not supportive. Even Sr. Manager of accounts department has not 2rs.buddhi for manage the work and how to do work smoothly from the system. He is leaving in 1950 zone.
