1. Salary and increments are not as per industry standard. This is the issue faced by employees working under all partners. Many employees left this firm since last 2-3 years due to dissatisfaction with salary. 2. No incentives such as annual bonus, performance bonus are provided to employees. 3. HR policy and rules regarding many factors such as pay scale, increment cycle, parameters for appraisal, maternity leave etc. are unclear. There are different rules for different people. 4. Exposure and job satisfaction depend upon the partner. Unfortunately, I worked under a wrong partner and had an unsatisfactory experience.
